She turned her head and stared at him blankly for a moment before she spoke again.

'"Are you sure you don't want to talk this over with Sergio before making any decisions about this new life we've started together?"

"I can't do that. You need to decide for yourself. It doesn't matter what I say, you wont listen to me anyway."

"Why do you think that?"

"Because I know you!" He exclaimed angrily.

"I know you very well." She countered stubbornly.

"No you don't! You never understood me. You never even tried. You just pretended to, like everyone else does." He yelled bitterly, suddenly becoming angry.

"Everyone loves me, and that means that they're gonna love you too. It means that they will see how perfect you are and love you unconditionally, but that's not the way things are supposed to work. I'm sorry that you chose to believe them over me, but its too late. You chose them over me."
