Chapter thirty - five

Regina meticulously applied her makeup, carefully enhancing her features but keeping the look natural and radiant. She took her time selecting the perfect outfit for her date with Hills, wanting to make a lasting impression. Daphne watched her with admiration and told her what and what not to do in order to make her look stunning.

"Daphne, do you think this is too much?" Regina asked, her voice laced with uncertainty as she examined herself in the mirror.

Daphne walked over and gently adjusted a loose strand of Regina's hair. "You look absolutely stunning, Regina. Hills won't know what hit him when he sees you."

Regina smiled gratefully, her nervousness easing slightly. "Thank you, Daphne. I'm so excited for tonight."
