Lilliana’s POV

I walked until I couldn’t anymore and looking around, I was surrounded by tall trees with no idea where I was so I just sat down under one of them.

Joining my thighs as I brought it to my face, I winced when I felt the pain rippling through me from between my legs.

My eyes were swollen, I was a crying mess and I was also hiccuping as my mind played everything that just happened back from the beginning.

How could he do this to me? Why did he do this to me?

Questions ran through my mind as I cried but there was no one to ask. I guess this is what happens when you fall in love with someone that’s forbidden for you.

This is what happens when he has put you in your place many times but you’re just so stubborn that your heart keeps calling out to him despite everything.

I could have easily avoided all of this if I said No to his offer, I could’ve avoided all of this if I went crazy from the heat that night.

“Lily.” A soft voice that sounded so much like Nikolai called my name
