ADRIAN'S POV

I paced back and forth in the living room, my eyes glued to my phone. It had been a few days since my Beta and his men had gone out to search for Zayn in the woods, and I hadn't heard anything. The silence was driving me insane. I needed to know if they had found him, if they had him with them, or if they had any leads at all. But there was nothing, absolutely no information from any of them and it made me worry.

My fists clenched and unclenched as I tried to rein in my mounting anxiety. Zayn had done me wrong, and I wanted him on his knees before me, begging for mercy. The thought of his insolence made my blood boil. I yearned to see him, to make him suffer. I would make sure that he felt real and severe pain.
