The once excited atmosphere suddenly turned chaotic as people began running for their dear lives. Most people from my clan immediately shape shifted to turn into their wolves; but I couldn’t. The tears kept falling even as I ran to the little bunker I called my home. I couldn’t believe Elora could betray me like this. I wouldn’t even have thought of her ever betraying me. Can’t you smell her? **Scarlett’s POV**I stood there, rooted to the spot with my stomach pressed against the hospital bed as he plunged into me continuously with precise thrusts. **Scarlett’s POV** I woke up with a start, I tried to sit up but I discovered I couldn’t do it properly. The events of the past night played in my head and I couldn’t help but feel intense loathing for the man that had inflicted me with so much pain. I looked around me quickly to discover I was still in the Alpha’s bedroom; and in slight fear, I hastily threw on my clothes and scurried out of the room. By the time I arrived in my own little room at the pack house, it was already way past seven and I was already late to work- again!
