Chapter 92

Audrey’s POV:

I could not believe what I was seeing, or who I was seeing rather. It had to be a dream, it just had to be. Kaden, whom everyone thought was dead, just stood there looking at everyone but me especially.

I blinked my eyes twice thinking that it was just my imagination playing a trick on me, but Kaden still stood there. I raised my shackled hands to my face to rub both my eyes and when I opened them, he still stood there of course.

I thought this had to be some trick most definitely or that I was simply running mad. I still could not believe it for ever since he was hospitalized, ever since he was pronounced dead, and considering with little strength in me, I had been having visions of Kaden; especially when I was told he had died. Sometimes I even saw him appear in front of me just as I was seeing that moment so it was difficult to believe he was actually there.

I tried hard to rid my mind and eyes of the image of him there but he failed to vanish as he always did the
