Damian POV

As I walked, my frustrations reached its peak with my mind clouded in irritation. The lack of workers had already put me in a foul mood, but what irked me even more was Anne's snappy attitude.

At first, when I saw her, I suddenly felt a foreign feeling within me. I was sure it was not my feelings but one of another.

Could it be her? It was a strong feeling to let go and it was Jealousy. I suddenly became jealous although I didn't know who I was jealous about.

I need a run, I told myself as we left for the mansion. Stephanie was behind me but right now, I wanted to be alone and clear my thoughts.

“I'll meet you in the house later. I'm going for a run,” I told her and sprinted into the woods before she could try to stop me.

I pulled my clothes away, shifted in less than a minute and sprinted, letting my wolf out. He wanted to be in control so I let him.
