It had been days since I could make a report for my father. Sadly, most of the more influential teachers or professors were currently MIA. And of course, wherever they were was nowhere we cadets could go, so instead, I tried to charm the other professors, who would just shrug their shoulders or some of the ruder ones would snub their noses and tell me to stay in my lane. It was no secret who I was and who I was related to. So, to them, I was enemy number one. Meanwhile, the only thing that I wanted was to leave, go back home with my tail between my legs, and beg for Veda. 

Three days, three damn days since she came here, and nothing. No lead instructors and no leads. And based on my father’s text messages, he was getting frustrated. When that man got frustrated, he took it out on someone. I only hope that someone wasn’t my sweet Veda.
