Serra’s perspective

I dried tears off my cheeks and slowly stood up from the cold floor of our kitchen as the Beta of the Blood Moon Pack vanished from my eyes.

“I really didn't mean to hurt him. I was just doing everything that I can to stop him from rejecting me,” I said, convincing myself that none of this was my fault. If only he listened to me, then none of this would have happened.

My wolf could feel how badly hurt he was and if he won't get treated right away then something might happen to him.

Even when I was feeling anxious, I took the very same path that he took, and it leads me to the second floor, to Eero's room specifically.
