Chapter 21

As Luca drove his car into the front yard of the mansion, the double iron bar gate opened. He stopped in front of the main door of the modern-style mansion. He hadn't gotten out of the car when an elderly man appeared from the main door. It was led by a sexy and beautiful woman who seemed to be around Luca's age. Mr. Lindenhurst greeted his son, but instead of greeting his father back, Luca turned his gaze to the woman with his father.

"And who the hell is this woman?" Luca asked, referring to the woman who had her hands clasped on her father's arm.

"Her name is Samantha, and I married her last month, and—"

"Seriously!? You got married again?" he exclaimed in disbelief. F*ck! Their father remarried without their knowledge. "She's about my age, Dad; how is that even possible?"

"Son, nothing is impossible when you're in love!" Mr. Lindenhurst gently drew his wife in and placed his arm around his wife's shoulder. "Samantha and I love each other."
