Lillian's perspective.

"What are you talking about?" I lowered my eyes and looked at the wrapped painting in the staff's hand. I wondered who had bought the Madam June painting for me.

"Miss Rosenberg, please accept this gift from your admirer." The staff member handed me the painting in his hands with an ambiguous look on his face. After that, he turned around and walked back into the art gallery.

I stared at the staff member's back as he walked away. Just as I was about to speak, he had already entered the art gallery.

Didn't they say that the painting was not for sale? It was hanging on the wall just moments ago, yet it was currently in my hands.

The next thing I knew, I saw Kayden coming out of the art gallery. I had a bad feeling. Was he the one who bought me the painting?

With one hand in his pocket, he came over and looked at me with a tender face, saying, "Lillian, I want you to know that I will give you anything you want, just like in these past three years."
