Chapter Thirty Three

“Sir, turn off your phone,” The pilot said respectfully to Roth, as Roth had not gotten off his phone once since he had stepped out of the presentation room.

He was trying to reach Tristan’s phone, but his call was getting automatically declined because Oliver had blocked his number from Tristan’s phone.

He cursed Oliver under his breath, and turned off his phone, giving up on trying to contact Tristan.

He had forgotten all about his meeting, his new project in New Jersey, and all those months’ worth of work that he had put in planning that project - the only thing that was going on in his mind was the voice of Tristan’s mother when she said in the middle of telling him a story, “Tristan has a fear of loud noises. He gets very scared during thunderstorms, that’s why we had to move here because Ireland saw a lot of thunderstorms.”
