Chapter 27: Go their seperate ways.

After Cornelius had left, Leticia started chanting a spell and after she was done, a portal opened and someone walked out of it.

She smiled in satisfaction upon seeing the person who walked out.

“Leticia,” the person greeted with an evil smile on her face. “To what do I owe the pleasure of you calling me?” the person asked.

“Now listen and listen to me carefully,” Leticia started and the person gave the witch her utmost attention.

“It’s about Arthur’s mate,” Leticia told the person.

“What about the weak and pathetic human?” the person sneered.

“She isn’t as weak and pathetic as I thought,” Leticia told the person.

“When I tried to kill her, I sensed some kind of energy coming from her and it was very powerful,” she stated.

“But I couldn’t quite place the energy and to which creature it belonged to and that is why I called you here,” Leticia finally revealed to the other person.

“Does anyone suspect that you are working for me?” Leticia asked.

“No they don’t,” the person answered.
