Chapter 48 A date

Natasha arrived at her uncle’s house with Caroline. She tried to convince Brandon to forgive her aunt.

Brandon was so mad that he didn’t say a word. He kept sitting sullenly. The air around him was so cold that it was frightening.

Caroline didn’t dare move. She stayed rooted beside the door, head bowed, eyes filled with tears. Nia also stood next to the sofa, helplessly staring at her mother.
