Nevea went limp in Zach’s arms. Power completely drained her body after getting her release. She didn’t even care that Zach had begun washing her. She let him do whatever he wanted because she was so tired that she only wanted to sleep. “Look at you so obedient,” Zach muttered, lifting her from the tub. He took her back to the bedroom and helped her to wear one of his clothes; then, he tucked her under the blanket. Before, he had thought to go all the way with her, but then he changed his mind because he didn’t like the thought that she would let him have her under the influence of the venom. So, he settled with fingering her. They still had many times together, and he would have another chance with her. For now, he let Nevea rest so the venom would wear out from her system.
