His humanity switch

"I will do as you say," Daylen dropped his head casting his gaze to the ground.

He saw no point in fighting when everything was against him. The best way to end the pain he was in was to end it all.

"I will marry Uri," he stated sadly.

He hated the idea of being with anyone else. The world was never going to stop telling him how wrong Syvan was for him. Yet he couldn't control how he felt.

Everyone had a reason for trying to keep them apart. He was the only one clinging to reasons to stay with Syvan. However, he was exhausted from the same fight over and again with everyone.

"Get a move on then," the moon goddess disappeared along with the elders. "Your clock is ticking," she whispered.

Daylen sighed.

He turned on his heels. He had hours before his mother decides to end Syvan's life. There was not enough time to get things back to the way they used to be. He allowed himself to fall in love and he truly fell.
