Chapter 24: Hurtful Silence
Maria's POV
It's been almost a month now.
A month of complete silence between me and Luke other then the casual words like, "excuse me, please" and "I'm going now".
He took me out of the hospital only a day or two after my disaster of a breakdown happened in the NICU.
Our house is currently being repaired and rebuilt, so Luke's taken me to his house in Italy where his family is.
It's, of course, a mansion, as you would expect.
