Logan's pov.

I sat in my house sipping my drink when I heard my phone ring. The smile on my face instantly faded but when I saw who was calling, my smile returned.

"Hello, crystal. What's the matter?"

"It's working, Vixen is so sick right now but beta Cain found out and he called a doctor," I laughed when I heard what she said and I couldn't help but chuckle loudly because it was so ironic for them to call a doctor.

"Did you hear what I said? He called a doctor over, what if they found out he had been poisoned, I do not want to be involved, I'm scared,"

Her words caused me to laugh even more and I could tell my laughter was causing her to be afraid.

"Don't be scared my queen, we can do something about it, you don't have to be scared,"

"What can we do," I said in her voice but I wasn't worried.

"Nothing," I chuckled again, sipping my whisky.

"Logan! I'm scared, tell me what to do in other not to get caught, I'm afraid I'll be killed and then I can't be with you any–"
