Closing the door behind me I let out a breath, relaxing a bit against the cool wood before I look around the classroom. Empty, and dark with some white canvas’ sticking out in the corner, long white sheets around the room. My art classroom, the one I now have a key to, thanks to the caring professor that’s giving me the room for extra practice and utilities for my own designs. It was dark out now, late on tuesday night, the moon was shining into the room through the windows and I sighed looking around, feeling a bit more at peace. Turning I twist some of the blankets but can’t fully move either way making me groan in annoyance, my eyes scrunching up in my sleepy state. Walking into the fair I looked around, I had never been to a fair before and it was definitely a sight to see. Giant crowds of people were spread across the lot of land all laughing and running around with prizes or food in their hands. Everyone looked genuinely happy, like the outside world no longer existed and whatever issues that were out there were left out there. Smaller children were giggling and dragging their parents along with them who held looks of worry and excitement as they forced their bodies to keep up with their littles and I smiled at the sight of it all.
