Pretend

It's been two days since her father attempted to kidnap her. It's been two days since she last saw Luca. He didn't come home for the last two days. Emma is begging to get worried.

She tried calling him, and every time she called, Marco picked up the call and told Emma that Luca is busy.

Emma is feeling insecure and worried. She knows he must be trying to find a solution to this problem they are currently facing, but a small part of her couldn't help but feel insecure. 

'Did he realize that I am not worth the trouble? Is he sick of her already?' Emma started to get plagued by doubts.

He never proposed his undying love for her, and Emma never experienced love either. She cannot give a name to their relationship either.

But one thing Emma is sure about is, she cannot live without Luca. If he really decides to send her back, then she prefers to die than belong to someone else.
