Yesterday was a very nice day. I got the chance to be with my wife again.

At habang tumatagal, mas nararamdaman ko na unti unti nang naaayos ang mga naging gusot sa samahan namin. Let's just say that... we're more than just being friends now. And that was the reason I always get a good sleep every night— and waking up each morning with a huge smile on face and a happy mood.

Except now.

As far as I can remember, hindi ko pa naririnig na tumunog ang alarm clock ko. And it was set to five o'clock in the morning, by the way. Pero imbis na ang malakas na alarm ko ang gumising sa akin, ang ringtone ko ang bumulahaw sa payapa ko pang paghimbing. It was my caller ringtone.

Sino ba ito? Was his purpose so urgent that he needed to barge in and ruin my very good sleep? I muttered to myself.

Gayunpaman ay kinuha ko na ang cell phone ko at sinagot ang tawag na iyon.

"Who the hell is this—"

"H-Hello, Kuya? Kuya, si Jela ito. Gising ka na ba?! Are you awake already!?"
