Chapter 24: A Letter

I was terrified to discover he will not give me what I needed if I didn’t come as he expected, after hanging the phone up, I get off the bed and immediately reached over my shoulder bag on the bedside table.

My forehead slack and so did my eyebrows which lay under it, at the time nothing was in my mind but Clarke, I walked down the stairs without thinking that Levi’s guards will block my way; I thought they had left the mansion just as their master did.

“Ms. Heidi, I’m afraid Master Levi will not like it”
