The fact that I had let the woman go weighed heavily on me. True, I might not want her as a mate, but I realized that now that she was gone, there was absolutely no way for me to break the mate bond anymore.

I couldn't believe that she hated my pack so much that she had opted to follow even Miss Kardashian who had shown her nothing but hatred from day one when they had met.
