Evie's POV

I remembered everything now.

The fact that I was not alone as I thought and I had a grandfather who was still alive somewhere. I remembered the road to his place as well. Even if I didn't, the man was the Alpha King, so it would be easier to find my way to him. With nowhere else left to go, I decided to visit the man.

It wasn't as if I had much of a choice anyway. I didn't know anyone else that I should go over to tell them the kind of burden I was carrying in my heart.
