I submitted my application to other smaller restaurants and walked dejectedly back home. The one time I was opportuned to change my life for the better, I ruined it. I knew that whoever that man was, he would find out about me and make sure I never step my feet into that place.

It was then I realized I had left Anya's request pending and the initiation was taking place soon. What had I gotten myself into?
