CHAPTER TWENTY

I put the curler down and look at myself. The lack of sleep could be seen on my face, eyes looking lazy, skin pale. The dark circles are forming under my eyes. 

      I move to the window. A fresh breeze blows over me, I close my eyes, sucking in a breath as I have never breathed before. The sun shines down on me. I can feel the heat over my skin. 

      The air suddenly feels like it's disappearing. Making it difficult for me to breathe. I snap my eyes open. 

      My eyes widened. I stumbled back and hit my arse hard on rough ground. The sky above me turns burning red. But there's no sign of smoke around me. Panicked! I look around to see if it exists. My breathing turns shallow as all I can see is only red.

      I couldn't ponder as dread made me paralyzed. It's beyond horror. My heart is pounding in my chest. 

      I push myself up. My hands are cov
