    *Desire's POV*

    

    

    

 After almost three hours drive, we finally reached the place where we will conduct our medical mission. We were greeted by smiley faces and polite people.  The place is a slightly crowded area, with houses made of nipa and surrounded with different kinds of trees. Children were busy playing with mud while their parents patiently wait for us to finish setting up our tent. 

    

    

    "Doctor, we prepared some food for you and your team." A man in his mid 60's approached me with a smile on his wrinkled face. He's probably the leader of this neighborhood.
