Always Thinking of Him

Addison’s POV

I opened my eyes slowly. I didn't know how long I had been unconscious. I don't understand why, in the image that I glimpsed earlier, Damon was calling my name while smiling. Even more surprising was that our hands were holding each other. It made me feel extraordinary. Why were we so close? I didn't remember him at all or even know him.

The headache I felt earlier was getting less and less, and I realized my head was in Hayden's lap. It was only then that I opened my eyes wide. I could see that Hayden was looking at me with concern.

"Addison, are you okay?" Hayden asked in a worried tone. "Do we have to go to the doctor?" He wondered again, still with his anxious look.

I shook my head and chose to sit back down. Hayden helped me to get up. I felt that my condition had improved, and the headache that had attacked me earlier was no longer there. I didn't understand. The last few days, I had been refined and never felt a headache. But now the headache came back to attack m
