Chapter 26 A weird feeling

Lorcan's pov.

"The financial team will set up a new budget for the loss, the meeting is dismissed for now," I announced to the employees as they began to stroll out of the meeting room.

I sighed out of exhaustion and loosened up my tie sinking deeper into my chair.

"Do you have any plans for tonight? How about you ease some stress by having a few drinks?" Darren suggested, his thoughts running wild again.

It's not like I have a problem going out and watching them throw themselves at my feet but I just don't want to go anywhere today instead of home.

My mind was solely seized with Rosalyn. By how she left while grumbling like a little kid, I'm sure she must still be angry. I suddenly lost interest in hanging out.
