JASSON came back and forth inside the conference room as he continued to dial Samara's number. However, after trying a hundred times and still, Samara’s phone couldn’t be reached, he called his housemaid’s number.

“Renz, is Ara home?”

“Sir, are you not together?”

“Damn it, Renz! I am not going to ask you if I was with her!”

“S-sorry, sir. S-she is not here yet, so I thought—”

Jasson violently grabbed the coat he had taken off earlier and put it on after he hung up the call without saying goodbye.
