In no time, the hour of their departure arrived. And in order to avoid displaying emotions such as hatred and anger, Zara made sure to give herself a nice speech about being a good-mannered half-fairy. BOOK ONE: THE POWERFUL HALF-FAIRY BOOK ONE BEGINS HERE. ~ The Kingdom of Zenrada wore blood that evening as though it was its best attire. At the same time, the entire kingdom of Amarxona rejoiced. While Amarxona's skies were painted in a canvas of fireworks, the pain-stricken and bloodied skies of Zenrada watched on from a distance. The once admired palace on Zenrada's grounds shook with anger as well because of the ill-fate it had just suffered, but it seemed that someone else who resided within the walls of the mighty building felt angrier. His veined hands fiercely pulled at his long hair as his bloodshot eyes caught a glimpse of the bloodbath that had made its way to the palace, the numerous bodies sprawled lifelessly on the ground below enough evidence that he wasn’t imagining it. PART ONE BEGINSPART ONE: CROSSING PATHS~‘Hey, freak!’ Her number one tormentor screamed at the top of his voice and the girl who was already thanking the heavens for making her seemingly invisible that day squirmed as her timid steps came to a halt.Her chest pounding hard, Zaramanni waited for him with fright trickling down her spine. She couldn’t dare to move. She tried it before - a lot of times actually- but, that never ended well.Soon, she felt his overpowering height thanks to the heaviness of his breath. His cold, repulsing touch followed and pulled a straight trail down her arm before he went on to grip the base of her hair as firmly and painfully as possible. “Are you certain you’ll be fine?” Colin, Zara's Granny butler-turned-family asked, stopping her eager legs from leaving the car. “Truthfully…” Her doe-like eyes danced a bit before they pierced into the man’s own whose gaze radiated a warm feeling towards her. “ I am not sure, but I know this time, school will be different for me. I will make sure of it.” Colin nodded, rubbing his chin that displayed strands of grey hair in the midst of the vast black hair glued to that area. “I wish you the best in there, Miss Zaramanni Agnes.” ”Thank you, Mr. Colin. Please take care of my grandmother and make sure she is hardly lonely. You know how dramatic she can be if she’s left alone for too long.” The duo shot an appreciative smile at each other and the man replied, “I will make sure she enjoys life to the fullest.” Colin glanced beyond the back seat, checking for something. “Has all your luggage been moved to the dorm?” Zara nodded and the man bid her farewell. ZARAMANNI PART ONE: CHAPTER THREE
Alpha King Darren, the ruler that presided over Zenrada had been riding for five days and as his tired horse tried its best to keep up with the pace he was aiming for, he realized that he was moving closer to The Big Tear- the very thing that separated Zenrada, the biggest werewolf kingdom in the universe from Amarxona, the land of the fairies. But, the funny thing was, Amarxona was built on Zenrada’s land. Riding past the many trees that hid most of the well-built, tall, abandoned buildings that felt the effect of the grievous attack, King Darren's mind travelled down the path of history. About a thousand years into the past, when Zenrada was still growing, when the Kingdom barely had two wolf packs under its jurisdiction, the fairies approached the then King who had just been chosen by the heavens. Zaramanni pretty much grew up in Philadelphia and as she opened her eyes and left her sleepless state, it dawned on her that she had never explored the city she grew up in. Heck, she didn’t even explore the house she lived in and according to her Granny, that huge house had some amazing features. Basically, all her mind was trying to communicate to her as she stared at the ceiling was that her life has been boring. Absolutely boring. Zara sighed. The next second, she wondered what she could do to make her life more interesting. She wanted to do something that would successfully take her mind off her annoying past. Soon, she realized racking her brain for ideas wasn't going to end well. So, she reached for her phone, glanced at Dominica who had fallen asleep the minute she stepped into the room and Zara began to consult G****e for an answer to her burning question. After going through a long list of suggestions, some of which seemed ridiculous to her, Zara finally sat up and p

"You can open your eyes," Ezeman said as Zaramanni curled her body into a ball that shivered with fear. She had no idea what to term what just happened. And, as she opened her eyes, she had no idea what to call the scene in front of her. Slowly, she lifted her head, curiosity, and perplexity in her eyes as the majestic and foreign view in front of her became clearer and clearer. The first thing she noticed was how much her sight had changed. Just like when she set eyes on Ezeman and the blue door, she could see the huge structure in front of her clearly. She did not miss how colourful the tall building was. Past the large, cursive gates that had opened on their own, past the numerous feet that walked the grounds with the large compound, the building ahead was strange yet interesting to look at.
