Focus Zelenia!" Kyra yells from across the room. We were currently in the lounge with the curtains down and the furniture pushed to the corner of the room so we had space to train.
Last night when we came back from Clive's, Ri and Luke were gone. I wanted to speak to Ri again, but I guess he had enough for one day and left.
Kyra takes advantage of my lack of focus and conjures up three orbs of golden light and with a swift movement of her wrist. The orbs hover in front of her waiting for her command to be set and before I can think of what to do the orbs all come hurtling towards me at once.
I dodge the first two by moving out of the way just in time but the last one gets me and collides with my bare shoulder. It hurts. It hurts like hell.
"Argh," I groan clutching my shoulder in pain. "How can I focus when you keep hitting me with blasts of magic like that."

Going into battle with Rizor took its toll on me. When I saw my mother walk up the steps it proved all my efforts to be worth it. I could only describe that moment as a dream.
