Epilogue

Going into battle with Rizor took its toll on me. When I saw my mother walk up the steps it proved all my efforts to be worth it. I could only describe that moment as a dream. A figment of my imagination showing me my deepest wants.

It seems like a happy ending, but something doesn't sit right with me. I'm happy, too happy and I know there's a storm coming. I can feel it in my bones. As I stand in front of my full body mirror and look at the dress Morgan and I got from the mall yesterday. I don't feel like how I used to before. I feel different, I feel at peace. My thoughts are finally at bay and my mind is free to think frivolously.
