POV Alpha

I was extremely irritated when Olivia made that scene in the office. I had a packed schedule of important tasks and couldn't afford to waste time on childish tantrums. But Clara convinced me to go with her, reminding me that pregnancy made Olivia sensitive.

As we walked toward the village, my irritation only grew with each passing minute. Olivia seemed dissatisfied with everything. She looked at the baby clothes with a disdainful expression, rolling her eyes at every suggestion I made.

"Alpha, this is horrible. I don't like this," she grumbled as she pushed a pile of baby clothes.

I tried to remain calm; after all, she was pregnant, and maybe her mood was genuinely affected. But her attitude was pushing me to the edge of patience. While she picked out some items for herself, I took the money and gave it to the local merchant, wishing this would be over soon.
