Alone we can do so little; together we can do so much.✾                I had to squint my eyes just so that I could adjust to the darkness that was engulfing the cell. The only sound that was echoing was the sound of my feet as it hit the floor. There was also that metallic smell, the all too familiar stench of blood. I lift my arm, covering my nose using the back of my elbow. I couldn’t even pick up the scent of Yohan from the overwhelming stench of other bodily fluids.
