Chapter 31 – His weakness Chapter 31 – ‘So how do we make Lucas attend the celebration tomorrow?’  ‘Yeah, about that…’ I don’t really know how to make him attend.  ‘It would be odd to just tell him to come when the whole class doesn’t even know about the dinner yet.’ Nova said.  ‘What’s the reason Lucas wasn’t able to attend in the first place anyway?’ I asked Nova. I don’t know the reason, and the book doesn’t say it either. So Nova, who’s the creator, must know.  ‘He didn’t like the food.’ Nova said.  ‘Well…he’s allergic to seafood.’ Nova continued his sentence.  ‘He is?’ I said

‘Is she talking to herself again?’ Lucas saw Yvonne resting outside and zoned out.  He has seen this habit of hers whenever she’s on her own or if the atmosphere becomes quiet. Lucas didn’t know when he started noticing it, but he did. She would space out and sometimes talk to herself.  ‘Cute.’ He thought to himself. He didn’t find it odd or weird, rather, he found it amusing.  Yvonne was unbothered. She ignored the gossip about her, more like she didn’t really care. He was amazed at how uninterested she is in most things, but would show enthusiasm easily in things like food.  Lucas didn’t know when, he didn’t how, but he slowly noticed every little thing about Yvonne.

Third POV [Reserve right now sire?] A certain drive’s voice can be heard from the phone.  ‘Why would the young master reserve a seat in an Italian restaurant?’ He wondered why the young master Lucas would do such a thing, and late at night.  ‘Why would he reserve a seat for two? Unless…’ Mr. Wells thought of the young lady that his master helped.  ‘The young master is taking her on a date?!’ The old man Wells couldn’t stop his excitement for a lot of reasons.  One, being that his master has “grown up” and two, his master has found someone he likes. Mr. Wells couldn’t stop himself from being surprised as he knew the young man a long time already.
