“Uhh…”As I slowly came back to my senses, I noticed that I was no longer in the wagon, but had at some point in time been moved outside. I was in the dirt. As I slowly got up, I spat some dirt out, that had somehow found its way inside of my mouth. Even then I could still swear that I could taste it in there. Next, once I was sitting up, I brought my wrist up to my face. On it, was the tattoo. It was done is a now what looked black in. The tattoo itself was fairly simple. It was a rectangular box, inside of which was a shield with a sun on, much like the flag of the country we were in. Behind that shield were two interlocking spears. Apart from that, there was some kind of writing below the image, but I had no idea what any of it meant. This was the first time in this place, that I had encountered this. In fact, as I thought it seems like I was incredibly lucky to not have run into this kind of problem before.

Then I bounced up again as the wagon I was on went another bump, with that bump though, the screaming had stopped. As I looked around to try and see what the sudden screaming was about. I heard someone who was at the back of the wagon throw up. I looked other confused as to why they would so suddenly throw up. By the time that they had gotten ahold of themselves and were ready to talk we had already moved on a bit, and the putrid smell of their vomit had started to waft around.
