By the time the ferry stops at the shore of Berta Island, I am nauseous from seasickness. I smile at the captain weakly before dragging my suitcase behind me as I exit the ferry. It has been a day since I set off and by now Hans is probably mad at home but this is something I have to do. I touch my stomach. I need to know the truth. As the island is the King's private land, only the sounds of the ocean and seagulls accompany me as I walk forward. There are no signs of a human at all. My stomach rumbles with hunger and I glance around for something edible. There are some coconuts and mangoes under the trees. Smiling in relief, I collect a few and crack open a coconut. I eat one part of the coconut and more of the juicy mango slices. As I wander further inside the island, I find a glamorous mansion with a small hut in front of it. They appear to be the only buildings here. Tiredly, I knock on the door

"Tina, are you sure about this?" Panda King asks as I sip the coconut water from the coconut which he cracked for me.   I nod and smile at him, "You have a better idea?"   "You know I don't." He sits down next to me on the giant rock as the waves splash around our ankles. "I'm just worried about what might happen."   Grabbing his hand, I gaze into his worried eyes which match the ocean in front of us. "Don't worry Pan. If you play the cards right, we will have her hook, line and sinker."   He frowns as he stares at me, "Hold on, aren't you even a tiny bit jealous?"   Laughing at his concern, I pat his hand and lie, "Of course not. I wouldn't have planned this if I was."   His eyebrows furrow more as he pouts, "Not even a minuscule?"   Sighing dramatically, I reach my hand out and touch his forehead, "Don't frown so much, you'll get wrinkl

The dreaded day finally arrives where I have to leave Panda King. I shouldn't be feeling this unhappy and upset given that this is all my plan and Panda is helping me by willingly sacrificing himself. All the way through the ferry ride back to the mainland, I had held hands with Panda and slept on his shoulder, afraid of when I will be able to be this close to him again. "Don't cry Tina." Panda hugs me to him as my tears fall out of my eyes. "It won't take long. I'll come to get you soon." I wrap my arms around his back and cry into his chest. Why does this man have the power to weaken me so easily?  "It feels like a dream." I mumble against him, "The island." "Don't worry about me," Panda pats my back in comfort, "I'll get the evidence and put her behind bars." "Come back to me quickly." I say through tears, "If you don't hurry back, I might decide to get married to Hans."

Seeing Panda King via video call does not satisfy my heart. I miss being with him but to carry out our plan and get the evidence from Ciarra Lake, I have to sacrifice my time with Panda. Of course Hans is still angry about me going to see Panda but he has started talking to me again. I returned home and lied to my dad about having some gastric issue. I still can't tell him I am pregnant. I don't meet Panda for a few weeks. It's a day where I am uselessly lounging around the house when Panda video calls me. Smiling happily, I accept the call and gaze at his handsome face.  He looks extremely excited about something as he grins widely. "I've done it Tina!" Confused, I raise my eyebrows, "Done what?" "I finally got hold of the evidence Ciarra had. I have gathered all the CCTV footage from the house too. The kitchen footage is pretty interesting." He says. I

Once the doctor has made sure that I am fine, Panda holds my hand and takes me to the Neonatal ward. The nurse gently picks up a sleeping Cub and hands him over to me. It feels both wonderful and fascinating as I feel my child in my arms.  "It's best to feed him your own breast milk for the first year, then he can be weaned onto baby food later." She explains as my eyes are still fixated on him. I nod absentmindedly, too busy gazing at this cute baby. "Yes." "Thank you for taking care of Cu-our son." Panda says with a smile. He wraps his arm softly around my waist and gently manoeuvres me out of the room. "He is so cute." I say quietly, touching Cub's soft hair. "Just like his dad." Panda grins. I chuckle, "No way, he obviously takes after his mum." "Of course. His mother is the most beautiful woman." Panda hugs me to him. "I'm glad
