Chapter Seventy-One     “I’m so sorry I ruined dinner” she told Lucas once they went back home, Jessica had recovered her voice and her energy and her state went back to normal “Don’t ever say that again” he reprimanded taking her hand in his as they walked in the bedroom “But;”she started in a protest “No but, what matters is that you’re okay, and your voice is back to normal” he said grabbing her other hand and bringing both to his lips. “Coffee?” “No” “Smoothie?” “Nope” “What is that you want?” “Pickles and honey” “What? What is with you and those cravings?  Like seriously; what’s wrong with chocolate and ice cream?” he let out in disbelief “ How about you ask your baby boy” her reply came out irritated  Jessica  tried to slid out of bed but her huge bump was weighing her down and she huffed in annoyance “Come here” Lucas offered her a hand helping his six months pregnant wife off bed and rubbed a loving hand on her belly “Listen, you need to eat healthy and let your mommy have her morning coffee already, she’s scaring me” he said in a low voice as if talking to the baby through Jessica’s bump “Ouch” he protested as she poked him “Are you telling my baby that I’m scary?” she let out in disbelief pressing her hands on his chest to pushing him away but he didn’t budge , seeing her  angry-like face was priceless
