It's been months that Belle had shamelessly done her habit of constantly sneaking at Ethan's office during lunch break and she only mellowed down when she passed her third month. Belle's fettish to Ethan's body was deliciously enjoyed by Ethan himself who happily freed his two hours lunch break to have Belle inside his office. The four corners of the elegant CEO's office has been a silent witness of how two souls love each other so much. Pete was the only one who knew what was happening inside the CEO's office at the period of two hours that the CEO don't want to be disturbed, but Belle's constant appearance put doubt to all of Ethan's secretaries, especially Mitch who fully knew the blush in Belle's cheeks and the awkward look in her eyes everytime she went inside and especially when she was leaving.

Ethan could not take any chances again so he only got those people whom he could trust with his wife. Although Belle has been insisting to visit Shine, her doctor did not allow her and strictly ordered her for a bed rest, her blood pressure is quite elevated than normal which alarmed her doctor.
