December 24, 2050 - Alice Springs Airport, AustraliaRosella Marie Hawl's Point of View  It's been hours since we landed in Alice Springs Airport, still in Australia. This country is the safest place of all since they only have a small rate of zombies here. So, dad decided to bring every survivor here, and make Alice Springs Airport our quarters since this place too, don't have a lot of damage since every zombie were out there, on the streets.  The explosions wreaked havoc in every city in the whole world. Buildings collapsed, streets were messed with debris, and cars, footbridges, bridges, and public facilities collapsed as well, everything is a mess.  Everybody is busy setting up more tents too to make a temporary shelter for survivors who just came, though when we landed here, there were already tents set up. January 1, 2050 - Wolfe Creek Crater, Western Australia  The scene wasn't the same when I first saw this place. Sure, it is still isolated, with only big rocks, Acacia, and Eucalyptus trees around, but the whole place looks devastated. The proof of the blast was visible, it became even more eerily isolated.  Sure, the crater was large and deep before, but it became larger and deeper now. With just a look, I know it wouldn't be easy to get up once you fall on this big hole and worst, you might die because of the obvious hard bed of huge rocks on it.  I know there is no chance of survival in this one, and those people who were left here to sacrifice will be buried underneath this crater forever, including Sean. I sigh when I feel my emotions trying to resurface again. I can't let that happen now.  Last night, I promised myself that I won't be an emotional freak anymore.   Hello! If you reach this part, then I love you and thank you for going all the way here. This part is to thank everyone who spent their time and money to read One In A Million, thank you so much! Writing this one wasn't an easy game. I spent three months writing it while classes are ongoing. I've experienced mental blocks and severe headaches several times while going on with the story, but it was all worth it knowing that finally, One In A Million reached its ending.  This is my first ever Science Fiction story, and the second novel I finished this year, 2021. I know you see plot holes in it, the grammatical, and typographical errors, and I promise to strive harder to get rid of those and be better in the future.
