Babe's POV"What are you talking about, Fred?" I asked him in disbelief."I mean you acted the same way after Mason bullied you. We weren't even sure about what happened in the janitor's room where he had dragged you to but you told us he bullied you and after that, it kept on happening months after months, the same pattern," He explained. I did a quick bitter search through my memory and tried to remember everything he had just said but I couldn't. The only thing I remember is being dragged into the janitor's room, hearing some nasty words and I'll be in front of the mirror the next day with a razor. "Why did you always cut yourself? I do ask you every time

The Oak Tree
Hunter's POV"I'm sorry," Babe apologized as soon as I entered her room and a smile graced my lips. I was actually worried about her all day since she refused to pick up my call.  She was my mate and staying away from her that long or not hearing from her riled up my wolf. When she had finally picked up the call and told me she wanted to see me, I was relieved. Katie was in my room all day, trying to make me feel better. She knew something was wrong and it was probably because of Babe. I didn't tell her anything though. We were in the middle of eating when Stanny called and told me about Zion meeting up with Babe.  Arnold had actually given Stanny the job of protecting his daughter and he was doing a badass good job at that.&n

Nightmares
Babe's POV"I never got to know your name. What are you called?" Zion asked me.  I stared at him for a few seconds and glanced at my surroundings. We were sitting by a riverside on a fallen tree. The leaves were falling around us and the water was flowing peacefully. The place was serene, peaceful and I giggled at how my heart thumped at the stillness of the clouds."Barbara but everyone calls me Babe because I want them to," I tried him.Zion took my hand and held it in his hand. He planted a kiss on my cheek and I blushed. "You're adorable," "Thank you,"  I stood up to pick a flower and twirl it in

Mason's pet
Babe's POV"Barbara, you need to come out," Tommy kicked at the door again the tenth time. I kept count of the number of times he'd done that because I had to occupy my head with something.I'd locked myself inside the girl's bathroom instead of going to class after my memories came back. I'd thrown up twice and it wasn't because I saw Mason's head being ripped off his neck. "Open this door, Cousin. We need to go to class," Pinky yelled."Go, Pinky. You shouldn't miss class because of me," I replied. "Were you disgusted with what Hunter did? I heard you groaning the other time" I moved closer to the door and rested my head against the wall.

Marking
Hunter's POVI killed Mason.  "You'll regret ever touching my son," Xavier threatened on the phone. It came as a surprise that Mason was actually Xavier's son and that made me realize that I actually didn't know a thing about the man that I worked for for years. "The boys you killed were someone's sons as well," I replied. He didn't say anything else. "I promise you, Hunter," I didn't wait for him to say anything else when I dropped the call. I just wasn't ready to listen to him say something else.  After I removed Mason's head from his neck, which was the only way to kill a vampire, I called Arnold and my dad. Instantly, they came into th

Full Moon Ceremony
Babe's POV"How do you feel?" Pinky asked, winking at me with a naughty smile on her face. Ever since she saw Hunter's mark on my neck the next morning, she had been hell-bent on making my life a living hell."You need to stop, Pinky," I chastised her, hoping she'll stop.  We were on our way to school in her car and she hadn't stopped talking about it. Even at the Pack's full moon ceremony yesterday night, she still didn't stop teasing me until she shifted into her brown wolf. I'd attended the ceremony with the consent of the Alpha and I enjoyed every bit of the moment. The ceremony started when the full moon was sighted and that was the moment everyone shifted into their wolves even though we've been there for hours.

Maj's death
Babe's POV"Wow, I didn't know Hunter Webster still existed in this part of the world," I admonished as soon as I saw him in class. The teacher hadn't arrived as I walked in and I was also surprised to see Hunter sitting in class already. He smiled at me."Why do you reek of sarcasm so early in the morning?" He placed a quick kiss on my lips. "I missed you," he confessed. "Well, I didn't miss you. Moreover, I thought about breaking your neck a few times," I kicked his leg and he jumped backward."Come on, Princess. Don't be mad at me," He pulled me into his body.

The hospital
Babe's POVThe first thing I saw once I opened my eyes again was another white ceiling above my head. This time, instead of screams, I could hear murmurs, jubilation, and joy all around me.  I tried standing up but I couldn't. When I looked down at what was stopping me, it was my hand locked to the bed. I frowned at the realization.  Soon enough, someone brought a key and removed the heavy chains from my hand. I sat up and that was when I saw everyone around me. It was my father, my aunt, Pinky, Hera, even Tommy and Ivy who were all….. I stopped as I looked around me and I also realized that I was in a hospital room.  Why am I here?

The Exams
Babe's POV"Someone looks delectable," Pinky gushed as we walked towards Hera who was waiting by her locker. Well, the school had been closed down for about three months and it was only opened back just so we could take our exams. Everyone has been taking online classes with the help of teachers. It was as if the whole town was on lockdown. No one wanted to leave their home in fear of the vampires and parents could only agree to school opening again because the Alpha had ensured every student's safety. "You girls are looking really good," Hera complimented and Pinky could only blush."You can say that about Pinky but not me. I look terrible, trust me"

The Prayer
Babe's POVLiam and Ivy's reason for not writing the exams and attending school like we did later became clear. We wrote the last exams on Friday and by Monday, most of us were jubilating, thinking the attacks have stopped and we could now live a normal life until when Monday morning came and two students were killed before I got to school did we realize we were nowhere near finished. The principal announced immediately that the school was on total closure and every student should stay at home. The final exams for senior year students would be taken at home. We were all back to square one, online schooling and finally, online exams. There was also a curfew around town. We weren't allowed to be outside before seven in the morning and after seven at nig
