LOGAN I have a lazy day of pampering at my father's insistence. Getting ready for the celebration later, I am joined by my two best friends, Levi and Wyatt. We all grew up together, much to my father's disapproval, but I didn't have much after he killed my mother, so I never let him remove them from my life. AURORA I wake slowly with pain radiating from everywhere; I go to move but a soft female voice and hand stops me. "Aurora, relax and stay still..." "W...w...what h...ha..happened? LOGAN With what we are doing firmly set between us, we make our way out of the office, out of the barracks, and then make our way to see my father in his office. Once at his door, I take a deep breath and knock. It doesn't surprise me when I hear a female whimper as he growls, "What is it?" I open the door to find him thrusting his hips hard into the female he has lying bent over his desk. I don't pay her any attention, as this is not the first time. AURORA I woke up early the next morning alone in my bed, which I guess was a good thing. I take a deep breath and catch just a hint of Logan's scent still on the pillow. I sigh. I didn't want to send him to my father because if he didn't believe that I sent him, then he would be in a lot of trouble. I reluctantly climb out of bed. I strip the sheets and pillowcases because if the beast comes in and smells even just a hint of his scent, he will want to know why he was in here without his permission. I quickly remake the bed and then head into the bathroom and have a shower. Once I had had a complete wash, I got out and dried off; I took a look in the mirror and Ariel was right. Most of the cuts have healed, and there are only a few small bruises still visible. I go over to the vanity and grab the key. I then move to the door that leads to the beast's room and lock it. AURORA Someone moves slowly up to the bed. They touch my shoulder as they sit on the edge. I jumped, scared that he had come back. I pull away but as soon as I realize that it is Grace; I move and she wraps her arms around me as I curl up into her again. I sob silently as she holds me tight. Once my sobs slow, she asks, "What happened?" I take a deep breath and calm myself even more before looking up at her, but once I look at her I can't tell her, I can't admit to her what he tried to make me do in the kitchen, what I did back to him and then the punishment he just gave me. I shake my head, pull out of her arms, and run to the bathroom. I lock the door and turn on the shower. I walk into the shower even though the water is still cold wanting to get him off of me as soon as possible, but even after his warning, I don't know if I could let him touch me like that or do what he wanted me to do without fighting back.
