Atlas was beside himself all the way back to his and Kara's house. When Atlas made it back to the oak house he went straight upstairs to his and Kara's bedroom. He could smell her scent in the room. He turned around and locked the door. Atlas hadn't heard Apollo since leaving the hospital, but he could feel him. As he was walking round, his beta knocked on the door. But instead of pouring another, he took the bottle off the shelf and began taking big swigs out of the bottle, wanting to wash today's events out of his head and Kara out of his mind. Atlas followed and when he came up beside the dragon, he drew up a claw and stabbed Atlas in the heart and with a quick breath of a tiny stream of fire burned the hole, slit his own wrist and gave it to Atlas to drink, with he reluctantly did. As he drank the blood, Atlas' wound became fully healed. The dragon then placed a few droops of the blood from Atlas' heart on the altar.
