Stella POV Seven months later: "Can I get you anything else, Luna?" A young blonde girl asked as she handed me my iced tea and chips and salsa. I sat at a round table with June and Coraline in a new Mexican restaurant in town. I shook my head, smiling up at her as she turned around and walked away. I watched her tall, slim figure turn the corner around the counter and into the kitchen. "I wish my body looked like that" I pouted, shoving a chip with a huge pile of salsa on top of it into my mouth. Coraline and June both laughed at me. "You literally just had three babies two months ago. Three, Stella. Do you want me to count for you?" June laughed again, her mouth stuffed with chips. I shook my head, shooting her an evil stare. It was hard to forget that I was a Mom now, seeing how my delivery was kind of hectic. Trevor had asked me as I was putting a few stuffed animals up on a shelf on the wall in the nursery "Are you feeling okay?" My giant belly was hanging out of my shirt and

Chapter 30
"TREVOR!" I yelled out through the mindlink. I couldn't tell what was happening yet, but I knew whatever it was, it wasn't going. My babies were my number one concern. I tasted a little blood coming out of my mouth as I went to push myself up off the ground, when I was met with two feet slamming into my back, shoving me back onto the pavement. "Don't move, bitch" A mans voice snarled. I couldn't tell by his voice who it was, but he didn't sound nor smell farmiliar. "What is it? Stella?" I heard Trevor call out to me. "Help!" I yelled at him again. "On my way!" He shouted. I looked up as much as I could, but couldn't see anybody. I was hoping that June or Coraline had seen what was going on, but they were already gone from the parking lot. There were a few cars scattered, but I couldn't see anybody around. "Leave the fucking pups. Let them roast in the car" I heard another man say. They were talking about MY babies! Whoevers feet were standing on my back were still there. I decided

Chapter 31
Trevor POV I pulled out my phone from my jeans pocket as I walked down the hallway towards the living room. I was having a hard time not ripping the house apart after what Stella had just told me what the scum bag had said to her. Luckily, he was dead. But, his partner would have to answer for his wrong doings. My Father was on the couch, one baby in his lap as he sang him a song, pulling his little arms up in the air as if he were dancing. Wyatt and Malek were sound asleep again in their swings across the room. He looked up when he heard me coming down the hallway, his smile fading as he noticed the look on my face. He pulled Harley up to his chest and swung his legs out, standing up as I walked into the living room. "Son?" He asked as I stormed over the the kitchen, grabbing ahold of the keys to one of the motorcycles. It was Fall, and the wind was cold, but it wasn't quite cold enough yet to not go riding. I figured the fresh air would calm me down on the way to the jail. "He

Chapter 32
Stella POVI stood in the kitchen with the dim light of the pantry leaking out, the rest of the lights turned off in the house. It was quiet. Everybody had gone to bed except for Trevors Father. He was outside smoking a cigar. The babies were all fast asleep in the nursery while I stood at the counter sink, rinsing off the same couple of dishes I had been for the last fifteen minutes. Trevor had left. He had gone with the other guards to the address that the idiots had left behind when they tried to take me. I hoped it wasn't some kind of ambush. I wasn't worried for Trevors safety, because none of the members of the South pack could take him. And his guards were trained well, too. I was still furious over the press conference that Jasper had held earlier this evening. He lied to the media without blinking. I worried that my Father was getting to him, even though he knew what kind of man he really was. Trevor had promised before he left that he would keep me in the loop through the

Chapter 33
The night had been eventful to say the least. The babies were all back to sleep, as well as all the guests in the house. I could hear guards outside our bedroom patio door. Trevor was snoring loudly, half uncovered in the middle of our bed. He had been injured pretty badly, so I knew his body would need some real rest. I had poured myself a glass of red wine and sat on the floor in the closet. My thoughts were all over the place. I was replaying what Kyles mate had said over and over in my head. Maybe she was right. Maybe I was the reason this pack was in almost constant danger. Trevor could have been killed tonight and all of it because he loved me. I took my engagement ring off and let it lay in the palm of my hand, twirling it around with my thumb. “You really shouldn’t take that off, you know” I heard Trevor’s voice whisper from over in the bed. I looked up to him sitting in the bed against the headboard, grinning at me. I smiled back and pushed the ring back on my ring finger.

Chapter 34
Trevor POVThe wedding planner sat at the kitchen island, watching my dad clean up the high chairs. She was short and slightly overweight with a dark bob. She wore black framed glasses and had on a dark blue womens suit with flats. She carried a large box with “ALPHA” written in giant black marker on the side of it. As soon as she heard us come down the hallway, she sprung off the island chair, softening her jacket down and smiled big at us both. “Good morning!” She chirped. I had only spoken to her a hand full of times. Mostly to pay for things and give approval when needed. Stella was handling everything else though. “Hi Mrs.Jordan. I am so sorry to keep you waiting! Crazy morning today!” Stella reached her hand out and shook hers, then motioned for her to sit back down. “I have the final guest list with me today as well as the seating chart. Caterer is all set and so is the DJ.” She smiled as she slid over a few different pieces of paper. It was smaller, with limited guests. But i

Chapter 35
Stella POV I sat on the edge of our bed as I finished putting on my socks. Our bags were packed for two nights away from the house. And the kids. We were about to leave for the Alpha meeting. I was glad it was in neutral territory, and not on my old pack lands. I dont think we would have gone if it were. I actually just don't think Trevor would have even let me go if it was. The risk was too high. I was already anxious leaving the babies. We had never left them for more than a couple of hours to sneak away for a quick date night, or even just downstairs to decompress and watch a movie or a football game together without kids pulling, poking or puking. I knew that Trevor could feel my anxiety through the bond, because he kept appearing in the hallway, peaking in, pacing. I stood up slowly, bending down to grab my overnight makeup bag that was sitting by my feet and made my way out into the living room where Trevor and his Dad were waiting on me to leave. "The bottles are in the fridg

Chapter 36
"I'm not sure I should let you go down alone looking like that." I teased as Trevor finished buttoning up his dress shirt. He was in navy blue dress slacks and a white shirt with paisley blue design on it with a matching blue tie. The matching sports jacket laid out on the end of the bed. He giggled a little, tightening his belt and coming over to me by the patio door. I had poured myself a glass of red wine and decided I would take a nice bubble bath and catch up on my disgustingly addicting dating shows while he attended to first night of meetings without me. Lunas weren't allowed still. "Promise you won't be out all night again. And if you are, at least give me a heads up? I can't deal with another whiskey hangover." I joked with him. He rolled his eyes. "June will be here in a few minutes." He chimmed, walking back to the bed and grabbing his jacket and throwing it on over his large shoulders. He looked so handsome. The news was a surprise to me. "I didnt want you up here alone.

Chapter 37
Trevor POV The night before hadn't gone like I expected it to, but it had all at the same time. I wasn't sure what I would say to Alpha Jones once I had the chance. But, when it arrived, I had decided he didn't deserve to hear a word from me. When he asked me about my children, I almost exploded. Luckily my Father stepped in quickly. Stella spent the morning with June trying on different dresses that she had brought with her, banishing me to my Fathers room while she did. She wanted me to be surprised again. The memory of the last Alpha ball had me sitting on pins and needles, but I wasn't going to admit that to Stella. I wondered if she could feel it through the bond, though. I could always tell when she was upset or scared or anxious, so I'm sure she could as well. "What time are we headed down to the ball?" My Father asked from the sofa he was laying out on, eating a bag of potato chips. Chip crumbs decorated his white tee shirt. "7pm" I mumbled. He sat up, the crumbs that had p
