sethSeth's patience was growing thin as he paced anxiously in the small cell waiting for his Daisy to return from the common room. He was already irritated from the ignorant b*stards that owed him the money for the supplies he graciously gave them in order to satisfy their drug addiction. They assumed he was growing soft due to the little angel in his cell - the soft tones and gentle touches he gave her would support the idea. But, he wasn't stupid and he definitely wasn't weak. If anything, her presence only made him stronger with his entire purpose now dedicated to protecting her. With him making it no secret the girl was his, nobody would dare to say one wrong word about her. People have already made a conscious attempt to avoid touching her, knowing it would set his explosive temper off, and even subconsciously censored their words in front of Daisy, as if she was a child too innocent to corrupt. He rushed the meeting and was probably too lenient on the inmates but he was eager t

daisyGroggy and disorientated, Daisy lifted her head off the hard yet comfy chest of Seth and rubbed her eyes, trying to get a sense of where she was and what had happened. She moaned in pain from the throbbing in her cheek, a reminder of the, no doubt, ugly bruise. But as the previous days events ran through her mind, her last memory left a smile on her face. She was his? Why did that make her whole body tingle?Daisy squirmed in his arms, only to brush her bare legs against his sweatpants clad leg. With widened eyes, she froze and squeaked in embarrassment, wanting to go away and hide in a very deep hole.Suddenly the arms holding her tightened, forcing her closer to the very person she was trying to get away from."Why am I in bed with a tomato?" Seth groaned. He smirked and kissed her forehead tenderly. Heat rose further in her cheek when he rubbed his leg on hers, re-enforcing her embarrassment as she recalled the moment she scandalously stripped out of her pants right in front

daisy"He's changed."Daisy looked up from the chocolate cake batter she was happily making and up at Mrs Patel, who was grating cheese into an enormous pot of macaroni. After seeing the meal they were preparing for the inmates, she was more than eager to witness their reactions."Who has?" She asked.Mrs Patel gave her a fond smile. "That Seth boy. I heard you and him have got a thing."Blushing, Daisy ignored the teasing tone in her voice and replied, "w-what do you mean he's changed? I don't think so."She waved her hand dismissively. "Oh please. That boy was trouble before you were here. There were regular fights and all sorts of negative energy brought into the prison, more than there should've been. He was very quiet but still caused chaos. Kind of like fire - silent but deadly.""Seth's a fart." Daisy mumbled."What, pet?"Startled out of her unusual thought, she shook her head and said quickly, "n-nothing. Carry on.""Hm. Well, now he's such a sweetheart and he's actually smil

daisySeth shook his head as he let out a rare lighthearted laugh upon seeing the pout on Daisy's face, silently complaining about having to go with him."Stop pouting, little kitten," he said, rubbing her side as they walked."Do I have to go with you? O-Owen was going to teach me how to play chess." She whined with pleading eyes directed at him. They were going to the prison gym and quite frankly, Daisy was terrified. A gym in general was the last place she ever wanted to be, let alone a testosterone enclosed room with sweaty prisoners. But unfortunately, her boyfriend was adamant in keeping her close to him at all times."I have to work for this body that you love so much." He smirked, winking at her.Heat rushed to her cheeks knowing that her appreciation for his perfectly sculptured body wasn't as subtle as she thought. "I don't love it." she mumbled weakly.Thankfully, he let the topic go when they arrived at the gym, probably in fear of her finally breaking to pieces with all t

daisyShe bit her lip and stared down her opponent with what she believed was an unreadable poker face. Without breaking their eye contact and with him adorning a quizzical expression, Daisy pushed the wooden castle forward a space.Owen shook his head in silent laughter before casually knocking over her second to last remaining chess piece, putting it directly in line with her King. "Checkmate," he said smugly. The girl huffed and folded her arms with a pout on her lips as she glared at the chess board, silently reprimanding the Queen that had gotten herself captured early in the game. "I-I think you cheated."He rolled his eyes at her and began to set the board up again. "Don't blame me just because you suck at chess.""You're j-just bad at teaching," she countered playfully. It was times when Seth was away that she really appreciated having a friend such as Owen. Innocent conversations of common interests took her mind away from the bad things her boyfriend was doing."Whatever, Pr

sethIt was any normal day. Their stomachs were satiated with the tasteless porridge and almost too ripe fruit. Though he had gotten used to the bland food and just as dull atmosphere, his angel hadn't. She asked for sugar in her oats and she received it, whether through Seth or a kind officer. She asked for more books and they turned a spare room into a mini library.Everyone who was sane loved his sweet girl but no one loved her as much as he did.Daisy's dainty little body was perched on his lap as she held the tarnished book in her hands with the next page already between her thin fingers. Her head lay lightly over his chest, directly where his heart was, and her mousy hair fanned over his torso with the odd strands being played with through his masculine fingers. He watched her lips move around each word, somehow mesmerised by her voice yet not properly registering the story. Despite the incredibly loud room, he could hear her words clearly, each sounding like a small melodic whi

daisyThe two nights without Seth were miserable. Daisy realised she was much more in love with him than she thought she was or ever expected to be. Despite Dave telling her what had happened to get him into isolation, she still felt completely clueless about the whole situation. She didn't know what it was like, how he was being treated and if he was ok with the battering the prison officer gave him.Her stomach churned at the thought of him rotting in a cold empty prison cell with only his own pee to drink.A part of her had forgotten how temperamental Seth was. He was calm and collected, moody and silent, and most importantly he contained his urge for brutal fist fights in front of her.Rather than being scared or put off by his violent behaviour, a behaviour she was in no way exposed to before meeting him, Daisy just felt worried. It didn't make her love him any less and in a strange way she felt protective for the man that could easily protect himself."Please be ok, please be o

daisyA bit of privacy was very hard to find in a rowdy, chaotic prison. But there were the rare days that people were a little too tired to cause fights and thus were a little calmer. Perhaps they were missing their families or were full on a large meal but regardless, it made the prison atmosphere a slightly less terrifying. Absorbed in a book, Daisy found it easier to escape into a completely different world and forget about where she was altogether. Though she had a loving boyfriend and caring friends, being trapped inside the same stone walls would bring anyone's mood down. But now, a smile graced her porcelain face as she read a new book, swaddled in one of Seth's spare sweatshirts with her legs crossed comfortably on the old leather couch. Loose strands of light brown hair fell from her effortless messy bun, touching her cold pink cheeks. Unknown to her, Daisy's naturally angelic and calming aura would enhance when she was content. Somehow, it was enchanting, almost hypnotiz

(tw)daisyShe had lost count of the amount of days since her and Seth had talked. While it felt like weeks, it could've easily have been days. He'd made a point to avoid her at every opportunity, only making her more confused about the situation. She was worried it would be painful to be around him, but he wouldn't give her a chance to experience that as he was actively trying to spend as little time with her as possible. She'd rather take the pain than not seeing him at all.Daisy had unfortunately gotten used to him sitting a few seats away in the canteen, quickly and quietly eating his food in an eager to leave. Levi and Nate were awkwardly put in the middle like two children with divorced parents.Luckily, Seth kept to himself so the boys would still accompany her around the prison. It would've made the whole situation a lot worse if the innocent little prisoner was left to fend for her self without her usual protective bodyguard. She wondered if he would actually care if somethi

daisy His strong heartbeat comforted her, muffled under his sweatshirt but it was still there, a constant to focus on. It was confident and real. It reassured her that he was really there stroking her bare back under her clothes, his rough hands providing warmth. Seth had told her many times that he was there, and he wouldn't leave her ever again, sniffling into her hair as he did so. She believed him, she really did. If she didn't, he definitely seemed determined to smother her until she did so. It was almost like she had to comfort him with how remorseful he was. But of course, Daisy didn't give him that satisfaction. She just allowed him to repeat his sorry words and relished in his coddling, giving herself permission to feel safe in his arms. There was nothing but the faint sounds of prisoners talking. Daisy and Seth hadn't said anything for a while now. He had now stopped incessantly apologising and she was zoned out - eyes stinging and swollen shut, lips chapped and cut from
