Transformation

I woke up feeling a sharp pain in my leg. I opened my eyes and saw that I was in a strange room, different from the one Dylan left me in. I look around trying to identify something, but everything was new to me. I strain my vision to see a silhouette in the darkness. A lamp is turned on, and its light makes my eyes hurt. When I finally manage to focus my vision, I see a woman sitting in a chair in front of the bed.

Her light brown hair was shaved on the side and fell over her left shoulder. Despite the dim lighting in the room, I could notice her delicate features and a scar on her cheek. She raised an eyebrow when she realized I had been watching her for too long.

"You finally woke up, human."

That voice... I remember it. It's the same voice that said she wanted to devour me. I widen my eyes and try to sit up in bed, but the pain in my leg makes me let out a loud groan. Curse! I was trapped in an unknown room with this maniac.
