Lisa's POV:

It's been three days since what happened, and I still can't believe Ace. This feels like one of his games, but it doesn't seem like a game this time. Two people came into my friend's house, and I still haven't heard from her.

Ace told me she's in the hospital and everything's okay, but he warned me not to reach out to her, as it would only hurt her. Today, I'm going out with Ace to buy some things, though he won't tell me what. "Tell me what we're going to buy, Ace," I mumbled.

"Can't you just be quiet for once?" Ace asked, raising an eyebrow. I rolled my eyes, not wanting to act stubborn.

I'm still upset about all of this. "Just sit down and stop talking, please," Ace said, rubbing his head. I couldn't believe this was becoming my life.

"If we get married, can I still work as a nurse?" I asked, wanting to know if I'd be stuck in that mansion forever.

Ace nodded slowly, saying, "Anything for you, my love."
