Chapter 148

Hazel’s POV

I had been in my tent all day. Logan had tried to come in a few times but I simply gave him the cold shoulder and turned away.

The forest was quiet as the day was moving forward. The bird’s chirping became louder and louder and when I listened hard enough, I could hear the rushing of a stream nearby.

My stomach growled; I just remembered that I hadn’t eaten anything all day. I hoped Alpha Draco remembered to pack some food.

“Hazel.”

I turned away to face the back of the tent. It was Logan again; I wondered what he wanted.

“Hazel, I am not here to try to get you to talk. I understand that you are angry with me; I just came to tell you that’s my father wants us all outside.”

“I’m coming,” I said coldly.

He lingered at the entrance of the tents for a while and then disappeared. I sighed and stood up, leaving the cozy warmth of the tent.

As soon as I got outside, I saw Cassie Jasper, Ryder and Logan all standing in a line in front of Alpha Draco like it was a military exercise
