Xavier had just finished calling his sister, now he was in the car, waiting for his sister to arrive. He had no intention of letting go of his handcuffs with Bianca. The man was still anticipating that Bianca would run away.
A knock on the car window distracted Xavier's attention, the man unlocked his car and allowed Raylin to enter.
